Overview
Cambridgeshire County Council (The Authority) is coming to the end of its current Enterprise subscription agreement and is looking to procure a new Microsoft agreement via tender process. The Authority is seeking the provision of a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement for a period of 3 years from 1st of October 2026. This contract is for 3 years (36 months). The Provider must provide scoping and assistance to build a compliant, value for money CPS ahead of the October deadline and work as a service provider for Microsoft licensing and related services for the duration of the contract. Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council share a Microsoft Entra ID tenant. Azure services are delivered across shared and authority-specific Azure subscriptions; the chosen supplier will be required to support this multi-authority operating model and work with Peterborough's EA provider on joint projects where required. This is a further competition using the Government Commercial Agency RM6098 Technology Products & Associated Services 2 (TePAS2) Framework Lot 1: Hardware and Software and Associated Services.
