Writing to the buyer's criteria

Public sector answers are scored against published criteria, so a good answer follows the question's own language and covers each part of it explicitly. The tools use the notice as the source for structure, and Tender X-Ray surfaces the evaluation weighting so you know where to spend your effort.

Human review is not optional

AI drafts can be generic, can miss context only you hold, and can state things that are not true of your business. Every draft carries a confidence indicator and a review prompt. You are responsible for accuracy, for anything you claim about your business, and for the final submission. Nothing here is a guarantee of a contract award.

What it does not do

It does not submit on your behalf, does not access buyer portals, and does not replace commercial judgement on price. It removes the blank page and the structural work, which is usually where the hours go.
