Free for public sector buyers
Quick Quotes is free for public buyers. You do not need a contract with us to use it. Public sector terms are available on request: email hello@123tenders.co.uk. You pay the chosen supplier directly. We never hold money between buyers and suppliers.
Data protection
For request and quote data, your organisation is the controller and 123 Tenders is the processor. For supplier accounts, 123 Tenders is the controller. A data processing agreement is available on request.

Security
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Buyer and quote data is protected by row level security and is only reached through checked server functions.
- Quotes are sealed until your deadline. The server does not release them to the buyer before then.
- Buyers sign in with a magic link sent to their work email. There are no passwords to leak.
- Key actions on each request are recorded in an audit log, which you can download.
- Our hosting provider takes daily backups.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA for Quick Quotes. Known issues: none known. If you find a problem, tell us at hello@123tenders.co.uk and we will fix it or give you the information another way. This statement was prepared on 9 October 2026.
Rules Quick Quotes follows
- Value caps: up to £11,999 including VAT for NHS bodies and central government, and up to £29,999 including VAT for other public buyers. Higher value work must be published on the government's Find a Tender service first.
- You can reserve a request to suppliers based in your local area.
- No supplier questionnaires before quotes.
- Quotes are sealed until the deadline.
- Every request has a downloadable audit pack.
