Terms of Service
1. Who these terms are with
These terms are a contract between you and 123 Tenders Ltd, company number 17407172, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using 123tenders.co.uk, you agree to these terms.
2. Nature of the service
123 Tenders provides automated software tools: aggregated public procurement notices, calculators, reminders, business admin toolkits, business visibility pages and automatically generated first-draft bid content. It is not a professional advisory service. Nothing on this site or produced by it is professional, legal, tax, accounting, compliance, marketing or bid-writing advice, and no adviser-client relationship is created by using it.
3. No guarantee of contract award
We do not promise, guarantee or imply that using 123 Tenders will result in you being shortlisted, awarded a contract, or achieving any particular outcome. Procurement decisions are made solely by the buying organisation against their own published criteria.
4. Your responsibility for submissions
Every draft, score, reminder and figure is a starting point that you must review. You are responsible for checking all information against the official published notice and the buyer's portal, for the accuracy and truthfulness of anything you submit, for meeting deadlines, and for the final content of your bid.
5. Accuracy of contract information
Contract information is aggregated from public sources under the Open Government Licence and may be incomplete, delayed or out of date. Always verify details against the official published notice before bidding.
6. Your account
You must give accurate signup information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. You must be a genuine business, or acting on one's behalf, and old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. We can suspend or close an account we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these terms.
7. Ownership of what you submit and what we generate
You keep ownership of the business information you give us and the final bid documents you submit. We own the 123 Tenders platform, software and branding. Draft documents generated for you are yours to use, edit and submit; we don't claim ownership of your finished bid content, though we retain the underlying platform and prompts. You confirm you have the right to share anything you give us, including third-party information (see Privacy Notice section 3).
8. Fees, plans and payment
Current plans and prices are on our Pricing page and may change, but not for a period already paid for. Card payments are handled by Stripe Checkout; invoice and bank transfer remain available as alternatives. Recurring subscriptions may be monthly or annual. You can cancel from your account at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. The business admin tools are free to use and free to print, and a free account includes one file download per calendar month across all toolkits combined. Beyond that you can either buy a single additional download for £1.49 as a one-off payment, which is not a subscription and does not renew, or take the unlimited downloads subscription at £4.99 per month, which renews monthly until you cancel and can be cancelled at any time with access continuing to the end of the month you have paid for. Refunds: if you have not yet used or accessed any paid feature, you can request a full refund. Once you have used a paid feature, for example generated a Bid Pack, used a paid tool or downloaded a file using a paid single download, that purchase is non-refundable, because the service has already been delivered.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit false, fraudulent or plagiarised information to a public buyer; reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the service; use the service in breach of any law including procurement or anti-fraud law; interfere with the operation or security of the service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to fees you've actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, bids, contracts or other indirect/consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
11. Termination
You can close your account any time from account settings or by emailing us. We can suspend or end access for breach, non-payment, or if required by law, with notice where reasonably possible. On closure, your data is handled per our Privacy Notice and Retention Schedule.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your own country of residence.

We'll post the current version here and, for material changes, tell existing users by email. Last updated: 17 September 2026.

- The ability to edit your details or take the page offline at any time
What this service does not include
- We do not create, claim, verify, access or manage your Google Business Profile
- We do not submit your business to third party directories
- We do not build or change your own website
- We do not guarantee any search ranking, position, timescale or number of enquiries
- We do not write content for your business beyond the review request wording
- There is no account connection, no API access and no metrics dashboard
