Private Ambulance Service (PAS) 2027

Overview

East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust (“EMAS”) is issuing this invitation to tender (ITT) under the provider selection regime (PSR), competitive process for the provision of Private Ambulance services where needed. <br/><br/>The intention is to award as separate lots and providers may bid for one or more of the lots if they are able to provide the necessary service within that area. This tender is based upon additional resource to EMAS using double crewed ambulance under blue light with a mix of Paramedic, Technicians and Emergency Care Assistants (ECA).<br/><br/>There is a total of 4 lots associated with this procurement as follow:<br/>Lot 1 - South Lincolnshire<br/>Lot 2 - Leicestershire<br/>Lot 3 - Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire<br/>Lot 4 - Northamptonshire <br/><br/>Providers must be CQC registered and hold all relevant licences required for carrying out this work. <br/><br/>The contract is for a 12 month period commencing on 1st April 2027 with an option to extend 12 months.<br/><br/>This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the Procurement Act 2024 do not apply to this award.
