SDS Solutions - Proval, Landal, Sequel

Overview

Orbit is seeking to renew the SDS software suite, comprising ProVal, Sequel and LandVal, including associated licences, support, maintenance and upgrades. These business-critical applications support Orbit's development, land and valuation functions, enabling the assessment of new housing opportunities, management of development programmes, and financial appraisal of schemes. The SDS platform is embedded within established business processes and contains significant operational and historical data. Renewal is required to maintain continuity of service, ensure ongoing vendor support, security updates and software enhancements, and avoid disruption to core development and investment activities. Continued use of the SDS suite enables informed decision-making, effective programme governance, and efficient management of Orbit's development portfolio. We are consolidating the 3 modules and fixing the price for the 3-year contract. Contract/TCV: 1. TCV: £160,886 (excl. VAT) 2. 3-year duration for ProVal, Sequel and LandVal 3. No licence fees to be charged for any additional licence requests Also, the contract terms; 1. No enforced migration to new/replacement products 2. No end of life on the current products during the contract term (3 years) 3. Price is fixed for the 3-year duration 4. If payment received upfront, then no price adjustments/changes due to inflation
