Supply of Highways Materials and Rock Salt

Overview

Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to provide Concrete, Tarmac, and/or Rock Salt products for Hull City Council. The tender is an open procedure consisting of a one stage process. The contracts are anticipated to commence 11th January 2027 ending by 10th January 2030 with an option to extend for a period of 12 months. The Authority has estimated the value of the Framework to be approximately £590,000.00 per annum. The anticipated total maximum value of the Goods for the Framework over the contract period excluding the extension period is approximately £1,770,000. The anticipated total maximum value of the Goods for the Framework over the full contract period including the extension period is approximately £2,360,000. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract. The Framework will be divided into following Lots: Lot 1 - Concrete; Lot 2 - Tarmac; Lot 3 - Rock Salt. Further information is contained within the tender documentation.
