Overview
Royal Berkshire Fire Authority (RBFA) is seeking to appoint a Multi-Disciplinary Professional Services Consultancy, to support the planning, design and delivery of its capital works programme across its estates, identified in the Strategic Asset Investment Framework (SAIF), including: • Delivery of capital new builds • Refurbishment and estate lifecycle programme • Fire station moderation programme (principal activity) • Sustainability strategy support • Compliance upgrades The successful supplier is expected to work on projects and works that are non-SAIF related, but which are aligned with the overall capability of the multi-disciplinary contract. The route to market finalised to source this service was ESPO framework - Property, Building and Infrastructure Advice and Management Services (2664_26) - Lot 4 - South of England. The Authority awarded the call off contract for a period of 7 years, including the extension option, because the requirement was for the SAIF to be treated as a programme to deliver works prgramme across its estate, identified in the SAIF. The Authority awarded a 7 year call off contract to complete its SAIF programme and maintain standard design and expertise across all the identified sites on SAIF.
