Overview
From 3 July 2023, the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is moving to a new contractual arrangement for all providers of Supported Living for Learning Disabilities, Autism, Neurodiversity, Physical Disability and Sensory Impairment. This is through the launch of a Provider List, onto which all current and potential Providers of Services are asked to apply for admission. It is anticipated that the Provider List will operate for a period of five years, commencing July 2023 and expiring July 2028. Full details are available at https://yortender.eu-supply.com/ Initial round closes for evaluation at 12pm on 16 December 2022 however process will remain open for applications throughout the contract term, to be evaluated on a quarterly basis. These services are being procured using a Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System (PDPS) process. The services required under this procurement fall within schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) and are therefore not bound by all of its requirements. The Council will follow its own modified version of the Dynamic Purchasing System process prescribed under regulation 34 for setting up and running this Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System. This modified process reflects the immediate nature and personal choice of Supported Living services and maintains the principles of fairness, openness and transparency. The application process has been issued by City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council in connection with a competitive procurement in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations).
