Workforce Solution - Transformation & Delivery Manager (CM)

Overview

A workforce programme offering professional, managerial, operational and administrative workers through a wide range of delivery routes, including statements of work (SOW). SOW: The Contact Management Project is an ExCo-prioritised strategic initiative intended to establish a single capability for managing external stakeholder relationships across the Investments function. The project seeks to address the current lack of visibility and transparency of external engagements, relationships and opportunity pipelines by implementing a centralised contact management solution and associated operating model. The project will deliver a consistent approach to managing external contacts, interactions, organisations and relationship information across Capital Allocation and wider Investments teams. In support of this objective, the project will undertake business process analysis, requirements elicitation, operating model design, technology configuration and implementation activities, alongside the establishment of governance, support and service management arrangements. Scope of services: The supplier will provide a Transformation & Delivery Manager. Providing delivery management, business analysis and implementation services to support the design, delivery and operationalisation of the Contact Management solution.
