Performance monitoring against agreed Key Performance Indicators. Compliance with health and safety requirements. Direct Award Justification:- Peacock Salt Ltd is the specialist manufacturer and maintainer of the Council's existing saturator equipment and has confirmed that it possesses the technical expertise, competent personnel, specialist equipment, replacement parts and support arrangements necessary to maintain the operational reliability and performance of the saturators throughout the contract period. The contract provides continuity of service for a critical operational asset supporting Worcestershire County Council's statutory winter maintenance obligations
