Overview

Wrexham County Borough Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced multidisciplinary design team to progress the Tŷ Pawb Phase 2 Capital Development and Cultural Quarter Integration Project. The work will involve taking the project from the point of a completed feasibility study through all subsequent RIBA work stages to the end of RIBA Stage 6 (Handover).
