Repairs & Maintenance Framework

Overview

BURNLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL (BBC) wishes to appoint a number of Contractors to deliver a range of construction related Reactive Repairs and Maintenance Works to its property portfolio. The intention is to enter into the Framework agreement in April 2027 for a period of four years. Scope of Services, Framework Lots and Appointments to the Framework The scope of Services to be delivered under the Framework Agreement will be a range of construction works for Reactive Repairs and Maintenance Works and will be divided into the following Lots: - Framework Lots Rotation Lots (General Fabric Works) Lot 1 - General Building Fabric (Low value up to £10k) Lot 2 - Joinery and Internal Finishes Lot 3 - Bespoke Joinery Lot 4 - Plastering, Rendering and Dry Lining Lot 5 - Brickwork, Masonry and External Fabric Lot 6 - Roofing and Weatherproofing (Flat and pitched) Lot 7 - Cladding and Rainscreen Systems Lot 8 - Windows, Doors and Access (General) Lot 9 - Industrial Doors, Shutters and Barriers Lot 10 - Groundworks, Excavation, External Surfacing and Hard Landscaping, Drainage Lot 11 - Decoration (Internal and External) Ranked Lots (Specialist Trades) Lot 1 - Plumbing, Gas and Commercial Heating (reactive), including Gas and Commercial Heating Systems Lot 2 - Electrical (General Reactive) Lot 3 - HVAC and Commercial Ventilation Systems Lot 4 - Mechanical and Electrical Systems (Specialist) Lot 5 - Renewable Tech, Solar PV Systems Lot 6 - Fire Detection, Alarms and Suppression Lot 7 - Fire and Intruder Security Systems Lot 8 - Building Management Systems (BMS) Lot 9 - Lifts, Escalators and Access Equipment Lot 10 - Asbestos Management and Removal Lot 11 - Pool and Leisure Facility Maintenance Lot 12 - Cleaning and Environmental Services Lot 13 - Pest Control Lot 14 - Damp Treatment and Specialist Waterproofing has context menu
